When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
Shipping & Delivery Canada and US Deliveries We use Canada Post to deliver your purchases within US and Canada (Not include HWII and ). You are given the option of choosing Express Parcel Post or Regular Parcel Post (all parcel post now comes with tracking). Free shipping is available on all purchases over $200. We use Canada Post Regular Parcel Post for free shipments, however, we may sometimes use alternative couriers such as Canada Post Express. You also have the option of upgrading to Express Parcel Post on orders over $100. Express Parcel Post is Guaranteed Next Day delivery Canada-wide in capital cities. Regional centres and rural areas may take 1-2 business days. Regular Parcel Post takes 1-3 days. Orders received before 12:30 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:30 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be included on your "Shipped" email, however, you will need to go to Canada Post's website to track your parcel. International Deliveries We deliver to most countries. To find out how much it will cost to deliver an order to your country, add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your country from the drop down list to obtain a shipping quote before finalising checkout. We use Canada Post to deliver all international orders. You will be to able to choose either Express Courier International Merchandise, or International Air Mail (no online tracking). We highly recommend you pay the small additional fee for Express Courier to give you peace of mind with tracking. International delivery times - International Express Courier takes up to 5 business days. International Airmail takes 7-10 business days. IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. ◦All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. ◦Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. ◦Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase. ◦International Shipping Information is available upon request. ◦We will ship international orders when payment is made via paypal Checkout. Returns & Exchange
It is the policy of Nexten Pro to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner. Exchanges, Refund and Returns policy You may return your purchase within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is non-refundable. You will have to bear the costs of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error and, for exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs. We are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product. If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it's original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED. If for any reason a product is deemed as defective within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and if on inspection we agree, we will send a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us unopened and unused and in perfect condition. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
