WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. If you need to return a non-customized product, please contact us at [email protected].
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
- Non-customized products: 1-3 business days
- Customized products: 1-4 weeks
- Large quantity orders: 4-10 weeks
Most shipments take an additional 1-7 business days to arrive.
HOW DO I FIND AN AUTHORIZED MINIMAL RETAILER?
Minimal products are available at retailers across Canada and the United States. To find a store near you, please contact us. Customized products are only available at minimalbottle.com.
CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT OR IT’S OUT OF STOCK?
If a product is out of stock, enter your email to be notified when it’s available again. You can also check with local dealers in your area.
WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?

WHERE ARE MINIMAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All Minimal products are labeled with their country of origin. Most of our products are made in Canada, China, or Korea. Customized products are proudly produced in Toronto, Canada.
