WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed we are unable to edit your order. We are unable to cancel orders after the packages were shipped. If you need to submit a return for a non-customized product, please contact us here here.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed as quick as possible. Normally It takes 1-3 business days for any non-customized products. Customized products will range from 1 to 4 weeks to process. Large quantity orders could range from 4 to 10 weeks. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days to arrive.
HOW DO I FIND AN AUTHORIZED MINIMAL RETAILER?
Minimal products are available at many local retailers across Canada and United State. If you would like to find one nearest you, please contact us. Please note, All customized products are only available at minimalbottle.com
CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT’S OUT OF STOCK?
If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and be notified as soon as that product is back in stock. You can also check with local dealers in your area.
WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE?
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code on the Check Out page under the Payment section.

WHERE ARE MINIMAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All of our products are labeled or marked with their country of origin. You can find these products by checking their labels in stores. All customized products are produced in Toronto, Canada.
