Canada and US Deliveries
We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and its equivalent carriers to deliver your purchases within US and Canada (Not include HWII and Alaska ).
Free shipping is available on all purchases over $79. We use Canada Post Regular Parcel Post for free shipments, however, we may sometimes use alternative couriers such as Canada Post Express.
Orders received before 12:30 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:30 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by our carrier partners.
Tracking numbers will be included on your “Shipped” email.
We deliver to most countries. To find out how much it will cost to deliver an order to your country, add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your country from the drop down list to obtain a shipping quote before finalizing checkout. If you can’t find the option, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to find out for you.
International delivery times – International Express Courier takes up to 15 business days.
IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

◦Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
◦Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

It is the policy of Minimal to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by sending us an email to [email protected]. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner.
Exchanges, Refund and Returns policy
You may return your purchase within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange with non-used item in its original package. Shipping is non-refundable. You will have to bear the costs of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error and, for exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.
We are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.
If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it’s original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED.
If for any reason a product is deemed as defective within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and if on inspection we agree, we will send a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise must be returned to us unopened and unused and in perfect condition. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.

We are so convinced that the Minimal products available that we guarantee every product against manufacturer defects for one year standard warranty. Although our one year warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the product being dropped, damaged, etc., it does cover manufacturing defects, such as:
- Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your product to us. Instead, simply email us at [email protected]. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the product returned.
- Products that no longer insulated: You can test the insulation property of your product at home by adding boiling hot water to the product. After 5 minutes, feel the outside of the product (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the vacuum has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
- Products that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your product from minimalbottle.com store and it arrived damaged.
- Rattling products: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits at bottom of product, between the inside and outside wall of your Minimal product for aiding the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc comes out of its place and you could hear a clicking sound. This will not affect the insulation of your product nor any other function. If you could live with it and we will appreciated. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new product.
- Replacement: Please note your Warranty Claim Minimal will be replaced by the same size and color product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement products under warranty cannot be customized.
If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return product. Once we have your defective product, please allow 10-15 days for return delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once the product has been processed for a warranty exchange.
