Placing an Order

Order Cancellation

Prices on decentlving.com are subject to change without further notice. Minimal does reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances.

An invoice/receipt will be e-mailed to the address provided with confirmation of purchase after the order payment processed. Orders could be cancelled at any time for various reasons including but not limited to: insufficient stock, buyer’s creditability issues, suspicion of fraudulent etc. If the order payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.

If any item selected for purchase is not available or out of stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to notify them of the discrepancy. A full refund will be issued at the time of order cancellation.

Currency

All prices are in both Canadian and US Dollars.

Payment

Customers are responsible for all importing costs including but not exclusive to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc. If you have any problem checking out, please email us at info@minimalbottle DOT com

Sales Tax

Residents of Ontario Canada will be subject to HST. Canadian residents outside of Ontario will be subject to GST only. No tax will be collected for all customers outside of Canada.

Privacy & Security

Minimal respects your privacy. Personal information is required to complete your business transactions which include credit card processing or shipping address. However, it will never be sold or shared with third parties for any other purpose.
